We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment card numbers, or government-issued identifiers through the Site. Payment for repair services is handled in person at our shop and is not processed through the Site.

Automatic information. Our hosting provider records standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic measurement. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral profiling cookies, or cross-site analytics scripts on this Site. Our contact page embeds a Google Maps tile from google.com; loading that page may cause Google to receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your estimate, appointment, or contact request
• Prepare a preliminary repair quote based on the details you provide
• Confirm, reschedule, or follow up on a service appointment
• Coordinate with your insurance carrier when you ask us to
• Maintain repair records required by Texas law and industry standards
• Keep the Site secure and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not use your information for behavioral advertising and we do not send marketing emails or text messages unless you specifically request them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers: our website host and email provider, who process information solely on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
• Your insurance carrier: only when you authorize us to coordinate a claim on your behalf.
• Parts vendors and sublet specialists (for example, ADAS calibration providers) — limited to the vehicle information needed to complete your repair.
• Legal compliance: when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, employees, or the public.

If you check "Text" as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Overnight Collision Center about your specific estimate or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. We do not use your phone number for marketing campaigns and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We retain estimate and appointment information for as long as needed to provide the requested service and to comply with applicable tax, warranty, and recordkeeping obligations (typically up to seven years for repair records). You may ask us to delete information that is not required to be retained by law using the contact details below.

Information you submit through the Site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form inputs are sanitized and length-limited before processing to reduce abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; while we use reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.
